1. Eligibility and U.S. Market

The Website and its digital products are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Website or making a purchase, you represent that you are at least 18 and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

MuvvKit currently offers digital products for sale only to customers located in the United States. The Website may be accessible elsewhere, but it is designed for a U.S. audience and does not claim to satisfy the laws or moving requirements of every jurisdiction.

2. What MuvvKit Provides

MuvvKit provides general educational moving information, organizational resources, planners, checklists, worksheets, templates, and other digital products for individuals and households planning a move. Resources may address DIY moves and moves involving professional moving companies.

MuvvKit is not a moving company, moving broker, relocation agent, storage provider, insurance provider, attorney, tax professional, real estate professional, financial adviser, home inspector, contractor, or government agency. Nothing on the Website creates a professional-client, agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or similar relationship.

3. Educational Information and No Guarantees

Website content and digital products are provided for general educational and organizational purposes. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Moving costs, schedules, contracts, valuation and insurance options, licensing requirements, building rules, parking restrictions, transportation requirements, utility procedures, tax consequences, and service availability can vary by location and provider. You are responsible for confirming important information with the appropriate moving company, landlord, property manager, insurance company, government agency, utility provider, financial institution, or other relevant organization.

You are also responsible for reviewing contracts, inventories, deadlines, measurements, addresses, reservations, and other important details before relying on them.

MuvvKit does not guarantee that use of the Website, a planner, checklist, template, recommendation, or digital product will result in a problem-free, damage-free, on-time, legally compliant, or specific-cost move. Individual results and circumstances vary.

4. Accuracy, Updates, and Availability

We aim to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, but moving-related information may become outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not promise that all Website content or digital products will always be current, complete, error-free, or suitable for every move.

We may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or remove Website content or features at any time. We may also discontinue a free resource or digital product. We are not required to update previously downloaded files unless we expressly promise an update as part of the product offer.

5. Digital Products and Orders

Digital products may include downloadable files, printable materials, editable templates, and links that provide access to content hosted by MuvvKit or a third-party platform.

Before purchasing, review the product description, included files, format, software or account requirements, permitted use, price, and refund terms. Product images and previews are illustrative; colors, layout, fonts, and print output may vary by screen, printer, paper, software, and device.

When you place an order, you agree that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• You are purchasing for personal household use and not for resale, redistribution, or client work.
• You will pay the displayed price and any applicable taxes or fees shown before you complete checkout.

An order confirmation does not require us to fulfill an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, an unauthorized transaction, or a legal restriction. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount collected for that order will be returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing procedures.

6. Payment Processing

Checkout and payment services may be provided by third parties. Those providers may process your payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. MuvvKit generally does not receive or store your complete payment-card number when a third-party payment processor handles the transaction.

Your purchase may also be subject to the checkout provider’s terms, but those separate terms do not replace these Terms as they relate to your use of MuvvKit’s Website and products. If a checkout provider serves as the merchant of record, its legally applicable transaction, tax, cancellation, or refund procedures may also apply.

7. Digital Delivery

Digital products are normally delivered electronically through a download page, email, account link, template link, or third-party delivery platform. You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address.
• Checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders.
• Using a compatible device, browser, application, or third-party account.
• Downloading and safely backing up purchased files.
• Keeping purchase and access links private.

Unless a product page expressly promises ongoing or lifetime access, a purchase does not guarantee permanent hosting, indefinite re-download access, or the continued availability of a third-party platform. Download and back up your files promptly.

If you do not receive access or a file is corrupted, defective, or inaccessible, contact support@muvvkit.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order email, order number if available, product name, and a description of the issue. Do not send complete payment-card information by email.

8. Refunds, Duplicate Purchases, and File Problems

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, purchases are final once the product or its access link has been delivered or made available, except as stated below or where applicable law requires otherwise.

You may request assistance within 14 days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product in error.
• The delivered file is corrupted or materially defective.
• The access or download link does not work.
• You received a product different from the one ordered.

For a duplicate purchase, we will verify the transactions and, when confirmed, refund the duplicate charge. For a defective, incorrect, or inaccessible product, we may first provide a corrected file, replacement link, or reasonable troubleshooting. If we cannot provide the purchased product in usable form after a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue, we will refund the affected purchase.

Refunds are not offered merely because you changed your mind, no longer need the product, expected a different feature that was not included in the product description, lack required software or a third-party account disclosed before purchase, or did not use the product.

To make a request, email support@muvvkit.com within the 14-day period. Any approved refund will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in this section limits a non-waivable right or remedy available under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Personal Household-Use License

Your purchase gives you a limited license to use the digital product. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product to you.

Subject to these Terms, MuvvKit grants the original purchaser a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to:

• Download and store the purchased product on the purchaser’s personal devices.
• Print reasonable copies for the purchaser’s own household move.
• Enter the purchaser’s own information into editable fields.
• Modify an editable template for the purchaser’s own household move.
• Share a working copy with members of the same household solely to coordinate that household’s move.

This is a personal household-use-only license. Unless MuvvKit gives prior written permission, you may not:

• Sell, sublicense, rent, publish, distribute, give away, or transfer the product or any access link.
• Share the product with friends, relatives, online groups, customers, clients, coworkers, or other households.
• Use the product for commercial services, paid client work, a moving business, coaching, consulting, property management, real estate services, or employee relocation services.
• Upload the product to a shared drive, membership library, marketplace, print-on-demand service, file-sharing site, course, website, app, or artificial-intelligence training dataset.
• Copy or extract substantial portions to create a competing or substantially similar product.
• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, license, or ownership notices.
• Claim the product, its design, or its original content as your own.
• Use the product or Website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.

Editing or personalizing a template does not create a right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the original template or a derivative version of it.

10. Canva and Other Third-Party Elements

Some products may include a link to an editable Canva template or may require third-party software, fonts, stock assets, or services. Your use of a third-party platform and its elements is governed by that provider’s terms and licensing rules.

MuvvKit does not own Canva or control Canva’s availability, account requirements, pricing, features, licenses, or policies. A MuvvKit product license does not grant rights beyond those MuvvKit is legally authorized to grant. Third-party fonts, photographs, illustrations, icons, or other elements may remain subject to separate licenses.

Before publishing, distributing, or otherwise using an edited design outside your private household planning, verify that your intended use is permitted by all applicable third-party terms. MuvvKit is not responsible for a third party’s service interruption, account decision, policy change, or removal of an asset.

11. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The Website and its original content—including text, articles, downloads, product designs, graphics, branding, logos, page layouts, and compilations—are owned by MuvvKit or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the Website and print or save a reasonable excerpt for your own noncommercial household planning. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, frame, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits the use without permission.

“MuvvKit” and associated branding may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, server, accounts, or systems.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or unreasonable traffic.
• Circumvent access controls, download restrictions, or product-delivery protections.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, copy, or index content except as allowed by law or by a written agreement.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization.
• Interfere with the Website’s operation, security, or other users’ access.
• Use MuvvKit content or products to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights.

We may restrict access to the Website or revoke a product license when we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated. Revocation does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred or any rights and remedies that arose before revocation.

13. Email Communications

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link included in those messages. You may still receive nonpromotional emails concerning purchases, delivery, support, security, policy notices, or other transactions.

Email delivery is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate email address and appropriate inbox settings.

14. Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Sponsored Content

The Website may contain affiliate links, advertisements, or sponsored content. MuvvKit may receive compensation when you click certain links, make an eligible purchase, view or interact with an advertisement, or engage with sponsored content.

Material relationships will be disclosed clearly where relevant. A commission does not necessarily increase the price you pay, but pricing and terms are controlled by the third-party seller.

A reference to a company, product, mover, or service does not by itself mean that MuvvKit is affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with that party. MuvvKit does not guarantee a third party’s price, availability, licensing, insurance, performance, safety, service quality, customer support, or contract terms.

You are responsible for investigating a provider and reviewing its terms before hiring, purchasing from, or sharing information with it.

15. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, retailers, movers, software, payment services, email providers, advertising networks, and social media platforms. Those services are independent from MuvvKit and operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

MuvvKit does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, availability, security, privacy practices, pricing, or conduct. A link is provided for convenience and does not guarantee endorsement. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its content, free resources, and digital products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. MuvvKit does not make warranties that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, printer, browser, program, or third-party platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MuvvKit disclaims implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. This disclaimer does not exclude any warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MuvvKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Website, its content, a free resource, a digital product, a third-party link, or your move. This includes, where legally permitted, losses involving property damage, lost data, lost opportunities, substitute services, delays, moving expenses, business interruption, or reliance on information.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MuvvKit’s total liability arising from a purchased digital product will not exceed the amount you paid MuvvKit for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your state may provide rights that override part of this section.

18. Good-Faith Informal Dispute Resolution

If a concern or dispute arises, please contact support@muvvkit.com with your name, order information if applicable, and a clear description of the issue and requested resolution. You and MuvvKit agree to make a good-faith effort to discuss and resolve the matter informally before beginning formal proceedings, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect a legal right or meet a filing deadline.

These Terms do not require arbitration, waive participation in a class action, or select an exclusive court or venue. Governing-law, venue, arbitration, and waiver provisions should be added only after review by a qualified attorney. Nothing in this section prevents either party from using a court or another remedy available under applicable law after a good-faith informal effort, or sooner when the law permits or requires it.

19. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

MuvvKit operates from New Jersey. Federal law, New Jersey law, and the mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to a particular transaction may govern different aspects of your use or purchase.

Nothing in these Terms waives a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Because MuvvKit sells to customers across the United States, applicable state law may provide additional protections.

No exclusive governing-law or venue clause is included in this draft. That choice is reserved for attorney review.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, products, business practices, or applicable requirements. The revised Terms will be posted with an updated “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. The Terms presented at the time of purchase will continue to govern that completed purchase to the extent required by applicable law. If a material change requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.

21. Severability, No Waiver, and Assignment

If a court with authority finds part of these Terms unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If MuvvKit does not immediately enforce a provision, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without MuvvKit’s written consent. MuvvKit may assign these Terms as part of a sale, transfer, reorganization, or succession of the business, subject to applicable law.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the applicable product description, the refund and delivery terms presented at checkout, and any other policy expressly incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and MuvvKit concerning the Website and the applicable purchase.

If product-specific written terms conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product to the extent of the conflict. A third-party provider’s terms separately govern your relationship with that provider.
