Most MuvvKit product issues can be resolved quickly by checking the download, trying another PDF reader or browser, or reopening the original purchase link.

Before contacting support, identify which file or product is causing the problem and what happens when you try to use it. This makes troubleshooting much faster.

Download Problems

If your MuvvKit file is not downloading correctly, try these steps before requesting a replacement.

The download does not start

  1. Confirm your internet connection is working.
  2. Try the download link again.
  3. Temporarily disable browser pop-up blocking if it is preventing the download.
  4. Try another browser.
  5. Check your computer’s Downloads folder.

The downloaded file appears incomplete

Delete the incomplete copy and download the file again. Avoid opening the file until the download has fully completed.

I cannot find the downloaded file

Check your device’s Downloads folder first. Depending on your browser settings, the file may also have been saved to another location you previously selected.

PDF File Help

MuvvKit printable products are commonly delivered as PDF files. PDF behavior can vary depending on the device and application used.

The PDF will not open

  1. Confirm the file finished downloading.
  2. Try opening the file using an up-to-date PDF reader.
  3. Try downloading the file again.
  4. Try another compatible device or application.

The PDF looks different in my browser

Browser-based PDF viewers sometimes display files differently from dedicated PDF applications. Downloading the PDF and opening it with a dedicated PDF reader may provide more consistent results.

I cannot type directly into the PDF

Not every MuvvKit PDF is a fillable form. Some resources are designed primarily for printing, handwriting, or reference. Check the individual product description to confirm whether editable or fillable functionality is included.

Printing Your MuvvKit Files

You can usually print the entire planner or select only the pages you need.

If pages are being cut off

Review the scaling options in your printer dialog. Options such as Fit, Fit to Printable Area, or similar settings may help prevent content from being cropped.

If the wrong pages are printing

Use the page-range or custom-page setting in your print dialog to choose only the pages you want.

Printer settings vary. Exact wording and available options depend on your printer, operating system, browser, and PDF software.

Canva Template Help

Some MuvvKit products include Canva template access. Canva editing is only available when specifically included with the product.

Open the supplied link

Use the Canva link provided with your MuvvKit product rather than manually searching Canva for the template.

Create your own copy

Follow Canva’s onscreen prompts to open or use the template in your own Canva account.

Edit and download

Personalize supported elements, then use Canva’s download or print options when you are ready.

Important: MuvvKit and Canva are separate services. Canva’s interface, account requirements, features, and availability may change independently of MuvvKit.

Purchase and File Access

MuvvKit digital products may be delivered through Payhip after a completed purchase.

I completed my purchase but cannot find my files

Check the purchase confirmation or delivery information associated with your order. Also check spam or junk folders if you are expecting an email.

I used the wrong email address

If the email associated with your purchase is incorrect or you cannot access it, contact MuvvKit and provide enough information for us to locate the order.

Do not post order information publicly.

A file listed in the product appears to be missing

Review the product description and all files available with your purchase first. If a listed file is genuinely unavailable, contact MuvvKit with the product name and missing file name.

Personal-Use Questions

MuvvKit products are intended for personal use unless a different license is expressly provided.

Generally, personal use means:

You may use your purchased files to organize your own household move in accordance with the applicable MuvvKit license.

You should not resell, redistribute, publicly share, upload for others to download, or represent MuvvKit materials as your own original product.

Do I need special software to use a MuvvKit PDF?

Are all MuvvKit products editable in Canva?

No. Canva template access is available only when it is specifically included in the product description or accompanying product files.

Can I print only part of a planner?
