MuvvKit Personal-Use License

1. MuvvKit Personal-Use License Overview

First, MuvvKit digital products are licensed to the original purchaser for limited personal use under the MuvvKit Personal-Use License. Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of the product, its content, its design, or the intellectual-property rights associated with it.

In this document, “product” or “files” includes any digital planner, checklist, worksheet, guide, template, spreadsheet, PDF, Canva template link, instruction document, bonus file, image, or other downloadable material provided by MuvvKit.

Similarly, “you” means the individual who lawfully purchased or received the product directly from MuvvKit or through an authorized MuvvKit sales channel.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this license, MuvvKit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the purchased product for your own personal, noncommercial household-moving purposes.

In addition, this license is granted only to the original purchaser. It may not be sold, assigned, transferred, shared, or given to another person or organization.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, however, this license permits you to retain the files for your personal records and use them when organizing your own household moves.

3. Permitted Uses

Therefore, any rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by MuvvKit and the applicable rights holders.

4. Household Use

You may share printed or exported copies with members of your immediate household when they are helping with the same household move. This limited permission does not give another household member a separate license or the right to reuse, distribute, sell, or share the product.

In addition, the original purchaser remains responsible for keeping the original download files and editable template links secure.

Consequently, if another person outside your household wants to use the product for a separate move, that person must purchase their own license.

5. Printing Your Files

You may print the product at home, at work where personal printing is permitted, or through a professional printing service for your own authorized personal use.

When using a printing service, first provide only the files needed to complete your print order. The printer may reproduce the files solely to fulfill that order and should not retain, reuse, sell, display, or distribute them afterward.

However, permission to use a printing service does not permit you to make copies for resale, promotional distribution, client work, workshops, employee use, or use by unrelated households.

6. Canva Templates

Some MuvvKit products may include links that allow you to create a personal copy of a template in Canva. You may edit your personal copy and export completed versions for uses permitted by this license.

You may not:

• Share, publish, post, sell, or distribute the original MuvvKit Canva template link.
• Make the template or an edited version available for others to copy or edit.
• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or give away the template or an edited version as a template.
• Use an edited version to create a competing product, client product, commercial template, or resale product.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying MuvvKit content or design.

For example, a Canva account may be required to access or edit Canva files. Certain Canva elements or functions may require a paid Canva plan. Product descriptions should identify known requirements where applicable.

In addition, Canva is an independent third-party service. Your use of Canva and any Canva-provided content remains subject to Canva’s current terms, content licenses, and account requirements. MuvvKit does not control Canva’s platform, availability, features, pricing, or policies.

7. Prohibited Uses

Therefore, receiving no payment does not automatically make redistribution permissible. Free sharing, gifting, uploading, or exchanging the files remains prohibited unless MuvvKit has provided prior written permission.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership

MuvvKit products may contain original text, organization, selection, arrangement, graphics, layouts, branding, and other protected material owned by or licensed to MuvvKit.

Except for the limited permission expressly granted in this license, however, MuvvKit and its licensors retain all applicable rights, title, and interest in their respective materials.

In addition, editing, completing, printing, or customizing a product for personal use does not transfer ownership of the original product, template, design, or underlying MuvvKit content to you.

MuvvKit, its name, logos, product names, and related branding may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or authorization without prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

A product may contain or interact with third-party fonts, graphics, software, platforms, links, or other materials. Those materials may be governed by separate third-party licenses and terms.

However, the MuvvKit Personal-Use License does not grant you rights that MuvvKit does not own or have authority to grant. You are responsible for complying with any applicable third-party terms when using those services or materials.

Therefore, references to third-party services do not imply ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

10. License Termination

This license automatically terminates if you materially violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the product and delete or destroy all unauthorized digital and printed copies under your control.

In addition, termination does not prevent MuvvKit from pursuing remedies available under applicable law. Any provisions that, by their nature, should remain effective after termination will survive, including provisions concerning ownership, prohibited uses, and intellectual property.

Therefore, if you believe a use not expressly covered by this license should be permitted, contact MuvvKit and obtain written authorization before making that use.

11. Changes to This License

MuvvKit may update this Personal-Use License to reflect changes to its products, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

In addition, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent published revision. The license provided with or applicable to your product at the time of purchase generally governs that purchase, except where a change is required by law or you agree to updated terms.

Finally, this license should be read together with MuvvKit’s Terms and Conditions, Digital Product and Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms presented before purchase.
